Terms of Service


  • Purchased advertising space is not owned by the purchaser(s), but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link that image
    which will then be published on the space you paid for.



  • By creating a user account you will have the ability to delete and change the image as long as the new image is the same size as the old one.
    Refunds will not be given for smaller images.



  • If approved your image and link will be activated and published on It-companies. There are no refunds.



  • Your ad campaign(s) will run indefinitely, for the life of the website and it's owners. This ensures more Bang for your advertising Buck.



  • Obscene, offensive or adult images and or links will not be permitted. Discriminatory and hate mongering images and or links will not be permitted. Upon submission
    of said advertising you will have the opportunity to provide an alternate image and or link within 48hrs, otherwise your money will be refunded.



  • If your link is accepted by It-companies and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive, obscene, adult material or discriminatory and
    hate mongering images and or links. Your advertisement and link will be removed until you ad here to the Terms of Service. Continued abuse of said Terms revokes
    your advertisement privileges on it-companies permanently without a refund of any kind.



  • If for whatever reason in the future you decide to permanently remove your advertisement you will not get a refund and the space will
    become publicly available again.



  • Images must be in GIF, JPEG or PNG image formats and of a reasonable file size.
    Images cannot be animated.
    Links must be to web pages and begin with the prefix http://
    You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.



  • Funds must be fully received and cleared before your advertising image/space/region/pixels are activated. It-companies will review and activate accepted images and
    links within 24hrs.



  • It-companies is not responsible or liable for any claims, promises or website content of the advertisers.



  • It-companies reserves the right to drop the website for limited periods of time for site maintenance.



  • It-companies reserves the right to refuse images or links from any business.



  • It-companies reserves the right to modify, add or remove articles within the Terms of Service.
